Hi Randy,
Not sure when you will be back home to read this, but I just wanted to thank you for hauling Boomer, safely, to Steamboat Springs CO.

Thanks again,
I owe you some coffee next time you're in Spokane...keep our number and give us a call!
Thanks again,
Bob and Sue Abbott
We love mail
Hi Barb:
I got calls from both Karla and Bruce and they are tickled with the horses.  Bruce especially, he was amazed how calm they both were and how sweet they are with his kids.  I'm always glad to have happy customers.

Thanks so much for taking care of the kids on their journey to their new homes.

I'm anxious to get that buckskin gelding and look forward to seeing you again.
  Take care
  Deby

Randy and Barb,
Just wanted to say thanks for the safe haul you made with my horse.  She
seems no worse for the trip, your good care is much appreciated. I will
gladly refer people to you in the future.

Thanks,

Hello Barbara; You did a superb job of looking after our new mare! We are very pleased with her; she's beautiful & will make great babies for us; we know, we have one of hers already. Once again, thank you so much for your constant information, guidance, and love for her! If we need hauling again, we will certainly use you! Thanks again! Sandra.

Thank you for the safe and prompt delivery of my Appaloosa mare.  She arrived in good spirits and in good condition - virtually stress free. She obviously felt safe in your hands.

Thank you for working so closely with me to arrange your shipping schedule so it would best fit my work schedule and for your patience with some paperwork glitches.

Your customer service was beyond expectations.

I would recommend your services to anyone who seeks safe and professional transport for their horse and I will contact you again in the event I need transport services again in the future.

We LOVE them!  Brooke's (the grey) is soooo quiet, even being a stallion.

It's absolutely amazing.  And he is such a great mover.  She is so excited.

My gelding (the bay) is a cute mover and super sweet.  I think we are going to have a lot of fun with them!

Tell Randy thanks for a wonderful job!  We were very pleased with your services.  I really appreciate that you guys kept us informed the entire way and gave us his cell phone if we wanted to call him!

That really was great!
Both horses arrived safely.  We would definitely recommend you and use you in the future.

Hopefully, we'll meet next year!  Both Brooke and I plan on attending a few paint shows next year.

Take care,
Libbie

Filly from Utah has hitch hiked her way to Port Angeles and is now
home in Victoria BC.

A special thank you to Barb Ruhlman of RB equine transport who
although quoted, could not do the job right off.  She worked for me
behind the scenes to make it happen and hooked me up with someone
reliable and honest who could!

My filly was in very good hands.  Thanks to the Heaps for doing a
super job estimating time and meeting the ferry on time, keeping
this little filly healthy and happy! Thanks to Shelah for selling
her to me. What is not to love?! - she is great and seems all that
was promised!

I had the misfortune earlier this summer to run into a very
dishonest Icelandic horse breeder in Tumwater Wa. who stole my
deposit money on trying to purchase 2 horses she offered for sale.
Not only did this lady steal our money, but also the want to trust
people on their word. It was really hard this time to make that leap
of faith with Barb (who I did not know) referring me to someone else
I had never heard of cross border.

Anyhow, this is to say be careful - occassionally one gets burned-
but people like Barb and the Heap family (who did not know anything
of the above) come through and restored something that is far more
important than money.  Good on ya!

Would also like to let everyone know about another excellent hauler

Boy, I'm slow!  By the time I got your email Kathy had called to say that Lacey had arrived.  Lacey came off the trailer happy and quiet, took a look around and decided the new home was okay.  Kathy's daughter was in charge within an hour, not too bad a start.

Thank you again for all your help.  If anyone asks for references for transportation, please give them my number (530-644-4433) and tell them to call any time.  I can't tell you how much I appreciate your kindness with Lacey and all your help.

Till we travel again,
Diane

Barb,
She is awesome! I can't wait to spend some quality time with her. I got back Tuesday night at midnight and I work the next 7 days straight.

Thank you so much for all of your help. I really appreciate it.

I will recommend you to everyone I know!
Thanks, Maria

Hi Barb,
I am looking for another horse for myself now.
If I find something I need hauled up I will give you a
jingle. I was very happy with with the service you
offered and the way you kept in contact with us. I
will recommend you to anyone I know who may need a
horse hauled. Besides you were both so very nice.

Thanks again to you and Randy.

I just wanted to let you thank you for transporting my filly
and for the hospitality during the layover.  Thanks again
and safe travels.

Hi!!  Hollywood is doing just fine.  He settled right in and is extremely
quite & very good natured for a stud horse.  I do plan on gelding him - but
probably will not until this fall when the temperature gets cooler.

Thanks again for everything that you guys did to help me get him home safe &
sound.  Take care and have a nice day!!

Hi Randy and Barb,
I just wanted to thank you for doing a fantastic job of hauling our new mare Pretty Rapped Up, "Esther", to us. She got off the trailer and settled in right away. We could tell that you took great care in getting her to us healthy, happy, and with no stress.

Thank you so much and we will definitely  use you again in the future!

Gorgeous happy and beautiful!! Gwazelle looks like you gave her a bath, she was sparkling white coming out of the trailer. Thank you both, Randy is a doll, super sweet and the girls looked like they had a trip across town rather than through 3 states. Thank you soooooo much, I am soo happy to see them.
Yours,
Victoria

Randy and Barb,

I just wanted to say thank you for taking such great care of my two horses, JR and Anna Bell.  I really appreciate all you did with Anna Bell and calling a vet to check her out.  I was a little worried about her, you see I have only had her for 1-year this past February and when I got her she had been abused.
She had numerous open wounds and was about 600 lbs under weight, in fact her stable mate had dead from starvation.  So as you can imagine she has some trust issues.

I was so relieved when I found out that they both made it to Darrington where they will get to be on 42 acres and live a long happy life and finally get to be horses.

Again I would just like to say thank you for treating my horses as if they were your own, I will defiantly look you up if I ever need to move my horses again and I will suggest your company to ANYONE!  Thank you both and god bless.

The horses are doing good. I had the vet out for Silk’s foot (the buckskin).  She has a stone bruise, which is getting better with soaking. My farrier will be out this week to see what he can do to help her little tender feet too.  Denise’s mare is doing great, she has already ridden her.  All in all we are very happy!  Thank you for taking such great care of them on the trip!
You'll have to come say Hi when you are down in October for the paint show.
Thanks again,
Carlinda

Good Morning & Thanks

Sorry for not writing sooner.  I wanted to thank you guys for hauling my colt out here.  I must say few things
1.The colt was in great shape when he arrived at our place after such a long trip.
2.Randy called me when he picked the colt up and gave me his cell phone number and encouraged me to call whenever I wanted to check on the colt.
3.I did see him handle another horse in the trailer (take him out and put him in a different stall).  He handled him with care and easy.  No jerking him around or forcing the colt.
I have recommended your company to all of my friends and hope to use you again in the future.

Thanks so much for caring for my horse as if it were your own.

> Barb,

> The mare looks fantastic!!!  You and your husband took very good care of her.  I appreciated Randy giving us a call to let us know that he was in the area and how long it would be before he arrived.  He was quiet and calm handling the mare, too.  This was my first experience with having a horse shipped and you both made it a very good transaction for me!

Her tail is a bit short, isn't it?

Oh Barb

Thank you and Randy for everything. I must admit I was a nervous mother. Lenin arrived very happily. It was great to meet Randy and his canine companions. I collected some of your business cards and will be happy to refer people who are in need.

Thank you again,
Zarya
